Elivia Homes

The challenge
From a re-brand and new ownership to a trade acquisition and major land portfolio purchase, Elivia Homes had a transformational year in 2022. The housebuilder was looking for a communications partner to develop its strategy, manage its growing profile and help maximise exposure around key corporate announcements.
The response
A communications workshop with the senior team shaped Elivia’s strategy from the outset and provided a framework for a proactive programme of corporate and B2B media relations, thought leadership and profiling opportunities and a successful run of industry awards.
HI Group

The challenge
To build brand awareness for the newly merged HI Group, grow follower network and engagement through organic social media, and position the brand as challengers in the decarbonisation sector.
The response
A strategic communications workshop with the senior leadership team and the commercial arm of the business resulted in a detailed messaging matrix outlining their services and key sector targets, a comprehensive social media strategy, and the development of a robust 12-month communications plan. From strategy to implementation, Whistle drove their digital presence with consistent growth and a strong return on investment.
Elivia Homes - Paid Social

The challenge
In a saturated new build housing market, we needed to get the specialist homebuilder’s messaging out to their target audiences via paid social, building their pipeline of customers & leads.
The response
Through multi-channel paid social media across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, we used a paid social budget of £20,000+ over the past six months to target key demographics and locations – climaxing in multiple site sell outs (three to date) and over 20 homes sold solely from paid social media. The key numbers? The homes sold total over £8 million!
Wavenet

The challenge
When Wavenet acquired Daisy Corporate Services in a deal that saw the coming together of two complementary businesses to create the largest independent IT managed services provider, we were appointed to create and deliver a multi-stakeholder communications strategy that would position the newly-combined company as a key innovator with scale.
The response
A multi-stakeholder programme combining tailored direct communications by audience, B2B social media content and a comprehensive programme of staggered news releases and negotiated CEO profiles.

hib.

The challenge
hib., a leading bathroom manufacturer with over 35 years of innovation, needed to evolve from a product-led business into a brand that connects emotionally with customers. In a crowded bathroom sector, the challenge was to stand out and inspire, shifting perception from functional supplier to lifestyle brand.
The response
We launched a strategic multi-channel campaign, transitioning from "HiB" to "hib." under the core mission "Feel Bathroom Fabulous." The campaign shifted messaging from product features to the emotional benefits of bathrooms as design-led, personal sanctuaries, utilising targeted outreach to retail, installer, regional, and business media.
The CFO Centre

The challenge
Entering 2025 with no prior PR footprint, The CFO Centre needed to create market credibility from scratch. This meant securing independent, third‑party validation, to shape the national conversation around the modern CFO and to build awareness from zero across UKbusiness media.
The response
We initiated an always-on media engine from a standing start and focused on a few high-performing themes to deliver the results. From zero PR to a scalable communications programme in one year.
Tilia Homes

The challenge
We were briefed with creating a fresh approach to organic social media content for Tilia Homes across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn as well as showcase pages on LinkedIn for Tilia’s regional businesses.

Whistle boosted social media engagement, supported brand awareness, reached new audiences and helped drive commercial and digital goals by creating a programme of monthly social media calendars.
